Digital Product Refund Policy

The PawBook Digital Edition is supplied as an instant digital download. Because digital products cannot be physically returned once access has been provided, we do not offer refunds for change of mind after the download has been delivered or accessed.

However, this does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If the digital product is faulty, significantly different from its description, cannot be accessed due to an issue on our side, or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer guarantees, please contact us at hello@youolddog.com.au and we will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement access or a refund where required.
